The intention
Context
Recruitment involves more than a public landing page. Candidates need to share their background, employers need a clear route to the team, and administrators need a practical way to manage information and conversations.
My contribution
The role
Software engineering, product implementation and ongoing refinement, alongside branding and project support through my work with a U.S. client.
What I built
- A public website explaining the service and candidate process.
- Candidate registration, profiles and document uploads.
- Invitation-based employer access and role management.
- An administrator workspace for reviewing candidates, accounts and conversations.
- Authentication and persistent data through Supabase, deployed with Vercel.
The approach
I worked across the public-facing experience and the private portal, turning the business process into usable screens. The work included authentication, profile completion, messaging, document handling and ongoing improvements based on real feedback.
